This policy explains what personal information Koi6, Inc. (“Koi6,” “we,” “us”) collects through koi6.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are and what this policy covers
Koi6 is a company based in the United States. This policy covers our website at koi6.ai and the messages you send us, through our forms or by email.
It does not cover the Koi6 product. Before the product collects any information, we will publish a separate privacy notice for it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site or email us, we collect what you send. Depending on the form, that can include:

- the delivery apps your business uses
- the type of partnership you are interested in

You choose what to put in optional fields and notes. Please do not send sensitive information, such as payment details or government ID numbers, through our forms.

Our site does not currently set cookies. It does not use browser storage, analytics tools, advertising pixels or similar tracking technologies.
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to track you across websites when you use ours. Because of this, our site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
If we change this, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep the messages you send us for as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy, such as continuing our conversation with you. After that, we delete or de-identify them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our service providers, including the companies that host our site and handle our email, may keep copies and technical logs for a limited period under their own retention practices.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:

- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you

We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Visitors outside the United States
We operate koi6.ai from the United States. If you visit from another country, the information you send us will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Children
Our site is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
